celebrity stealing? is it something to be proud of?

I asked a question earlier today that got me thinking. Celebrities often ‘fess up to shoplifting as kids or before they were famous, almost as though it’s a’badge’ on their sleeve, something they’re proud of. The answer to my earlier question seemed to give the overall view that mostt people (certainly on here) think shoplifters are scum and should be either hung or dismembered! so why do we continue to’ love ‘ the offenders simply because they’re famous?

celebrities think they can justify any of their actions throught the “look at me ” attitude and “do you know who i am “. Stealing is nothing to be proud of and they shouldn’t be talking about it in such a manner that kids will go and copy them. You only have to look at the likes of Kate Moss, Pete Doherty, Kerry Catona, Amy Winehouse etc, etc to see what the law is like in this country with celebrities and they wonder why kids copy.
