Holly Golightly Costume?

My 12-year-old daughter is doing a school project in which she must dress up as a celebrity. She’s doing Audrey Hepburn. Where can I find a good Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”) costume for a teenager? Even tips on where to find a similar dress would be nice. I don’t want to have to order it online so I would buy them in shops in the Boston, MA area.
I already know what I’m going to do but I don’t know where to buy it: black sleeveless shift dress, long black gloves, strand of pearls, oversized black sunglasses, black cigarette holder
tiara, and an updo.

As I remember the movie, the only costume readily associated with Holly Golightly is the black dress, high heels, shades, high hair, long cigarette holder, and breakfast in a sack after staying out all night partying.
